All Desktops come with ChromeOS Flex installed. The desktop you receive will be a Dell, HP, Lenovo or Acer system of any form factor design similar to those pictured that meets the system requirements you have chosen. Please Note:

• No Android Apps or Google Play: ChromeOS Flex doesn’t support these, limiting your app choices. Limited USB device support, please check device compatibility before purchase, especially with USB Wi-Fi Adapters
• No Parallels Desktop: Virtualization isn’t available.
• Limited CD/DVD Functionality: CD/DVD drives may not work.
• Challenging Program Installation: Installing programs can be a bit tricky.
• Internet Connection is required for set up.

In a nutshell, ChromeOS Flex is perfect for web browsing and web app use.

If you choose to have a monitor included this will be a flat screen monitor with minimum size of 19 inches similar to the one pictured.

As standard our bundles come with a Keyboard, Mouse, and Power Cable. If a monitor is selected, a VGA cable will also be supplied.

Used – Good Condition

These Refurbished products are previously owned products in great condition. They are more cosmetically damaged than Very Good rated products with more notable scratches and blemishes. Most notable product damage would be scratches on to lids of laptops or the casing of Desktops. Monitors may have damage or signs of wear and tear to the outer casing, screens will be in good condition and may have minor scratches but will function as intended. They may not come with the original manufacturer packaging and do not contain the manufacturers manual / user guide. 

As we are dealing with refurbished goods, we understand that some issues can arise. If you do have any problems we ask that you contact us as quickly as possible so that we can try to find the best solution for you.
