The Samsung J6 is a smartphone that offers a stunning viewing experience with its 5.6-inch Super AMOLED display, which has a resolution of 720 x 1480 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. It also has a 13 MP rear camera that can capture clear and detailed photos and videos, even in low-light conditions.

The camera has features such as autofocus, LED flash, HDR, and panorama. The front-facing camera is 8 MP and has a LED flash as well. 

The Samsung J6 has a 3000 mAh battery that can last up to 21 hours of talk time or 76 hours of audio playback. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and has a 1.6 GHz octa-core processor and 3 GB of RAM that ensure smooth and fast performance. It also has 32 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256 GB with a microSD card.

What is the Period of the Warranty?

Unless otherwise stated all equipment and products are sold with a 12 month ‘IT Refurb Back to Base’ Warranty. To obtain the warranty service you must contact us within the warranty period.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any technical malfunctions or defects. During the warranty period we will replace or repair any defective materials, malfunctioning items or parts free of charge or provide a full refund depending on the appropriate solution for you.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

The warranty does not cover any conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from technical malfunction or defect. The warranty does not cover theft, loss of product, accidental damage or damage from improper use or maintenance. IT Refurb’s warranty is void if the equipment or products have been subject to, without limitation any physical damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, tampering, accidental damage by you or any other party. The warranty does not cover any imperfections present at the time of sale. IT Refurb is not Liable for any data loss resulting from product failure during the warranty period or anytime thereafter IT Refurb is not liable for any costs for any unauthorised repair to products during the warranty period or anytime thereafter.

What we will do?

To obtain the warranty service you must contact us within your warranty period. An inspection will take place to determine the problem with the item. Once an assessment has been completed we can decide the best course of action for you. If when assessed the fault lies within technical malfunction or defect, IT Refurb will offer either a full refund or repair free of charge. To claim the warranty the item must be returned to us in the state it was sent or the warranty is void. If there are any problems please contact us and we will do all that we can to resolve the situation.

Terms of Sale

We aim to make each transaction as smooth as possible, however, as we are dealing with used and recycled goods we understand that some problems can arise. If you have any disputes we request that you e-mail us first and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that all images are stock images unless otherwise specified and do not reflect the condition of the product.

We will consider offers on more expensive items such as Desktops and Laptops. However, we will generally only accept offers on the less expensive items such as Monitors for more than one of the product.
